This Privacy Policy describes how Proficiency Systems LLC, a Delaware limited liability company doing business as Five Stems ("Five Stems," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit fivestems.com (the "Site"), make a purchase, or interact with us in any way.

  • Google Ads — advertising and conversion tracking via Google tag

  • Shipping carriers — fulfillment and delivery of your orders

All service providers are contractually required to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and in compliance with applicable law.

3.2 Advertising Partners

We share limited data (such as hashed email addresses and pixel-based behavioral data) with Meta and Google to serve you relevant ads and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. This may include building custom audiences and lookalike audiences on those platforms. You can opt out of this type of data sharing through the mechanisms described in Section 6.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process, including subpoenas, court orders, or government requests. We may also disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Five Stems, our customers, or others.

3.4 Business Transfers

If Five Stems is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other business transfer, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. 4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

4.1 Types of Cookies We Use

We use the following categories of cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Site:

  • Essential cookies — required for the Site to function. These include Shopify session cookies, cart cookies, and security tokens. You cannot opt out of these without disabling basic Site functionality.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional communications related to your orders or account.

  • Right to Delete — you may request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions

  • Right to Correct — you may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you

  • Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — we do not sell your personal information. We do share limited data with advertising partners as described in Section 3.2. You may opt out of this sharing by contacting us or using the cookie management options in Section 4.2

  • Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Order and transaction records are typically retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong passwords and protect your account credentials.


In the event of a data breach that affects your rights or interests, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
