The Five Stems Commitment to Accessibility

Good nutrition should be available to everyone. At Five Stems, we build our products around whole-food ingredients that work for real people with real lives — and we hold our website to the same standard. We want everyone who visits fivestems.com to be able to explore our products, read our ingredients, and shop with confidence, regardless of ability or the technology they use to get online.
Our Commitment
We are actively working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the Site. We have completed initial accessibility checks on our custom theme and continue to evaluate and improve the Site on an ongoing basis. We recognize this is a continuous process, not a checkbox.
We also work with third-party tools — including payment processors, email marketing software, and customer support platforms — that operate outside our direct control. We evaluate these partners for accessibility before deployment and encourage them to meet the same standards we hold ourselves to. Where gaps exist, we will flag them here.
Known Limitations
Some areas of the Site may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The most likely gaps involve embedded third-party components such as checkout flows, marketing popups, and chat widgets. We are actively working to identify and address these and will update this statement as material changes are made.
